LAURIE LATHAM
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Laurie joined the Trust in August 2015. She has 35+ years of professional experience with careers in financial management; healthcare; community development; and foundation fundraising, operations and governance. She earned a B.S. degree and a M.B.A. from Murray State University. She is involved in various philanthropic, community, and civic organizations.
HEATHER JACKSON
GRANTS MANAGER
Heather joined the Trust in September 2012. She has 25+ years of professional experience in the financial services, gaming, and government contract arenas in management, auditing, and accounting. She earned a B.B.A. degree from the University of Kentucky. Heather is involved in various philanthropic organizations and clubs within the community.
GINA LEEPER
PROGRAM OFFICER
Gina joined the Trust in May 2018. She has over 25 years of public service working with numerous non-profits. She has extensive professional experience in donor relations, fundraising, and business management. She earned a B.S. degree from Mid-Continent University. Gina is involved in various philanthropic organizations and clubs within the community.
SUSAN GIBSON
ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Susan joined the Trust in July 2025. She is a brings more than 30 years of experience in office management and executive support, including service in local city government and, most recently, 12 years with a local nonprofit organization. An active volunteer in the community, Susan supports several organizations and serves as a United Way Reading PAL. A graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, she enjoys spending time with her family and treasures her newest role – Nana to her first grandchild.
